Regardless of the country from which you have accessed this site, users agree that the following "General Terms and Conditions" are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of The Bahamas and that any dispute arising in relation to the content, interpretation, execution, and/or termination of these "General Terms and Conditions", of the rest of the content of the Site and/or of the reports or operations that Users send or carry out through the Site, will be resolved by the courts of Las Bahamas.

The Site presents, among its various functionalities, links to other sites on the Internet that are not owned by the Bank. The Bank does not assume any responsibility for the contents, handling of user information, material, products or services offered by any linked site.

When you browse our Website, we try to make it a simple and useful experience. Automatically, after accepting the corresponding option, the Site will transfer to the Users recognition software intended to identify and keep relevant data of the User available on the access computer in order to facilitate and accelerate the last accesses to the Site, avoiding unnecessary repetition of data and particularizing the presentation and contents of the Site for the greater convenience of Users. Although the use of cookies is the power of Users, the Bank cannot guarantee that there will be no problems of access and involuntary use if this facility were discarded. Without prejudice to the obligation to compensate the Bank for damages in the event of a possible breach by users of the regulations in force in the Republic of Panama on "Trademarks", "Copyright" and any other protections granted by the Intellectual Property Right, it is established that any breach by Users of those rules and/or these “General Terms and Conditions of Use” will imply the immediate revocation of the authorization to access and browse the Site, without prior notification. In this sense, Users agree to be prevented from accessing the Site if the Bank suspects that such violations have taken place, agreeing to return and/or destroy the material obtained from the Site for illegitimate purposes. Likewise, Users irrevocably authorize the Bank to apply the usual computer security measures in these cases.

The Bank reserves the right to modify, at any time, the content and facilities available on the Site or, in any other way, limit access to it, and even discontinue it without prior notice.

The Bank does not guarantee the updating of the information provided on the Site, although it undertakes to make its best efforts to provide current information.

The Bank undertakes to protect clients' personal information from any unauthorized third parties who attempt to access it improperly, from the network or by other means.
