Founder of Inteligo and Inteligo Bank, he is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Inteligo Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Inteligo Bank, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Peruvian North American Cultural Institute, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Corporación Infinito, Director of Inteligo SAB, Director of inPerú, Director of VIDA Perú.
Has more than 50 years of experience in international banking. He was President of the Lima Stock Exchange for 5 years, as well as director of several other companies. Before coming to Inteligo he was part of the management and vice presidency of other local and international banks.
Bachelor in Business Administration. He studied Banking and Finance at the IRI, in Rome, Italy. He completed the Senior Management Program (PAD) and Executive MBA, both from the University of Piura. -

He is currently Director of Intercorp Perú, Intercorp Financial Services - IFS, Interbank, Interseguro Compañía de Seguros S.A. (President), INTELIGO BANK, Financiera Oh! . (President) and Peruvian Association of Insurance Companies (APESEG).
He has been Director of Interfunds, Alternate Director of AFP Horizonte, Director of the Peruvian Institute of Business Administration (IPAE ), Professor of Finance at the Graduate School of the Universidad del Pacífico, General Managing Director of Intercorp Perú, Executive Vice President of Finance of Interbank, General Managing Director of Interinvest S.A. and Senior Financial Economist at the World Bank (Washington D.C.).
Mr. Morris has a Master's degree in Finance from The American University, Washington D.C., Master in Economics at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Latin America from the University of Pittsburgh and has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pacific, Lima, Peru. -
Reynaldo Roisenvit GrancelliExecutive Director
CEO of Inteligo Group and Inteligo USA. Inteligo is the asset management arm of Intercorp Peru, with more than US$6 billion of assets in administration and offices New York, Bahamas, Panama and Peru.
Reynaldo has Been with Intercorp for more than 25 years, holding different positions related to Stock Broking, Asset Management and Wealth Management. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Inteligo Bank Ltd, Interfondos SAFM and the Lima Stock Exchange, and a member of the Investment Committee of Interseguro.
Reynaldo has an MBA from Columbia Business School where he graduated with honors and has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Lima. Reynaldo is married, has two daughters and currently resides in New York. -
Fernando ZavalaVice President Director
He is currently CEO of Intercorp and President of the Private Competitiveness Council, a think tank promoted by IPAE to propose public policies.
In the Public sector he has been President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Economy and Finance of Peru on two occasions.He has also been General Manager of Indecopi.
In the private sector he has served as CEO in Peru of the multinational SABMiller, a position that he also held in Panama and member of the Board of Directors of several companies in Peru, as well as business associations and NGOs.
Economist at the Universidad del Pacífico. with a Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of Piura, with an MBA from the University of Birmingham in England. -
Ivan Geoffrey Douglas HooperIndependent Director
He has more than 18 years of experience in international banking in Europe and America. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Winterbotham Trust Company Limited. He has a BSc degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath, an MBA in Wealth, Trust and Trust Management from the University of Manchester, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School in the Owners Presidents Management program.
He is a member of the Society of Trusts and Property Professionals (STEP), founding member and former President of the Latin American branch of the same, currently being Director, he is also a member of the Trustee Managed Portfolio STEP Indices (TMPI), member of the International Compliance Association and director of the Bahamas Securities Commission, as well as Co-Chairman of the International Banking and Trust Association in the Bahamas and Director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board.
Winner of the 2014 STEP Outstanding Achievement Awards and named Executive of the Year at the 14th Bahamas Financial Services Council Excellence Awards. -
Jaime Mora SolisIndependent Director
Mr. Mora is a lawyer by profession and is currently a founding partner of the law firm Arias, Alemán & Mora in Panama. He was a professor of Civil Law and Commercial Law for more than 20 years at renowned Panamanian universities.
Mr. Mora studied Law at the School of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Panama, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Sciences, and also obtained a Master's degree in Civil Law from the School of Law of the University of Tulane, New Orleans in the U.S.A.
Mr. Mora is currently a member of the boards of directors of renowned banking, commercial and philanthropic entities and foundations in Panama. -
Michela Casassa RamatDirector
CFO of IFS and CFO of Interbank since September 2012.
She joined Interbank in September 2011 as Head of Strategic Planning. Before joining Interbank, she served as Head of Strategy for Corporate and Investment Banking at Banco de Crédito del Perú in Lima and Unicredit in Munich, and Head of Strategy for the International Division of Unicredit in Milan and Istanbul. He has also worked at The Boston Consulting Group in Milan and Citibank in Lima.
Likewise, he has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Lima and a master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in finance from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
