We are a financial advisory and international wealth management services company. We are part of Intercorp, an important Peruvian corporation which is committed to the growth and well being of all families.

Established in 1995 in The Bahamas, we are regulated by the Central Bank of the Bahamas. We have a Branch in Panama, which is regulated by the Superintendency of Banks of Panama.

Roberto Hoyle

Roberto Hoyle Mc Callum

One of the founders of Intéligo, Mr. Hoyle is currently Chairman of the Board of Intéligo Group, Chairman of the Board of Intéligo Bank, Chairman of the Board of the Instituto Cultural Peruano Norteamericano, Chairman of the Board of Corporación Infinito, Director of Intéligo SAB, Director of InPerú and Director of VIDA Perú.

With more than 50 years of experience in international banking, he is a former Chairman of the Lima Stock Exchange (where he served for 5 years), former member of the managerial teams and vice-presidencies of local and international banks, and former director of several other companies.

Mr. Hoyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and has studied Banking and Finance at the IRI in Rome (Italy). He has attended the PAD Program in High Management from the Universidad de Piura (Peru), and holds an Executive MBA, also from the Universidad de Piura.

Felipe Morris

Felipe Morris Guerinoni

Mr. Morris is president of Interseguro Compañía de Seguros S.A. and of Financiera Oh. He is also a director of Intercorp Perú, Intercorp Financial Services (IFS), Interbank, INTELIGO BANK and the Peruvian Association of insurance companies (APESEG).

He has formerly been director of Interfondos, substitute director of Horizonte (Pensions Fund Administrator company), director of the Peruvian Institute of Business Management (IPAE), Finance professor at the Universidad del Pacífico's Post-Graduate School, Director and General Manager of Intercorp Perú, Finance Executive Vice-President of Interbank, Director and General Manager of Interinvest S.A., and Senior Economist in Finance at the World Bank in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Morris holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad del Pacífico (Lima, Perú), a Master's degree in Finance from The American University, Washington D.C., a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a post-graduate certificate in Latin American Economy, also from the University of Pittsburgh.

Reynaldo Roisenvit

Reynaldo Roisenvit Grancelli

Mr. Roisenvit is the CEO of Intéligo Group and Inteligo USA. He is in charge of assets management for Intercorp Perú, where he administers more than 6 billion US dollars in assets from the company's different branches (New York, The Bahamas, Panama and Peru).

He has worked for Intercorp for more than 25 years, occupying different posts in the areas of Stock Exchange Intermediation, Asset Management, and Wealth Management. He is a member of the Investments Committee of Interseguro and a member of the Board of Inteligo Bank Ltd, Interfondos SAFM and the Lima Stock exchange.

Mr. Roisenvit holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with honors, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad de Lima. Married and father of two daughters, he currently resides in New York.

Fernando Zavala

Fernando Zavala L.

Mr. Zavala is CEO of Intercorp and President of the Private Council on Competitiveness, a think-tank promoted by IPAE for the proposal and discussion of public policies.

In the public sector, he is a former Minister of Economy and Finance of Peru, a post he held twice, as well as a former General Manager of Indecopi.

In the private sector, he has been CEO of the SABMiller multinational company in Peru and Panama, and member of the boards of several Peruvian companies, entrepreneur organizations and NGOs.

Graduated in Economy from the Universidad del Pacífico, Mr. Zavala holds an MBA from the Universidad de Piura and an MBA from the University of Birmingham (England).

Ivan Hooper

Ivan Hooper

Mr. Hooper is CEO of The Winterbotham Trust Company Limited. With more than 18 years of experience in international banking, both in the Americas and Europe, he is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), an organization of which he is also a founding member, former president and current director of the Latin American branch, as well as member of STEP's Trustee Managed Portfolio Indices service (TMPI). Mr. Hooper is also a member of the World Compliance Association, director of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas, Co-President of the Association of International Banks & Trust Companies of The Bahamas, and director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board.

He holds a BSc degree in Business management from the University of Bath (UK), and an MBA in Wealth and Fiduciary Management and Trusteeships from the University of Manchester (UK); he is also a graduate from Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management Program.

In 2014 Mr. Hooper won the STEP outstanding achievements prize and the Executive of the Year award from the Bahamas Financial Services Board's Excellence Awards.

Jaime Mora

Jaime Mora S.

Mr. Mora is a lawyer and a founding member of the Arias, Alemán & Mora law firm, which is based in Panama. He is a former professor of Civil Law and Commercial Law, with teaching experience of more than 20 years in different universities of Panama.

A graduate in Law and Political Science from the Universidad de Panamá, he holds a Master's degree in Civil Law from the University of Tulane, New Orleans (USA).

Mr. Mora is member of the boards of several renowned banking, commercial and philanthropic companies and foundations in Panama.

Michela Casassa Ramat

Michela Casassa Ramat

Mrs. Casassa works as Financial Director of IFS and Interbank since September 2012.

She joined Interbank in September 2011 as Chief of Strategic Planning, and is a former Chief Strategist for Corporate and Investment Banking of the Banco de Crédito del Perú in Lima (Peru), and of Unicredit in Munich (Germany). She is also a former Chief Strategist for the international division of Unicredit, in Milan (Italy) and in Istanbul (Turkey). Mrs. Casassa has also worked for The Boston Consulting Group in Milan, and for Citibank in Lima.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Universidad de Lima, and an MBA with specialization in Finance from the Bocconi School of Business, Milan.
